Dr David O'Dowling BDSc NUI Hons.

Dr David O'Dowling joined our practice in early 2008 after working in both Queensland and his home town in Ireland.

Although he has only been with Booragoon Dental Clinic a short time, he has already proven himself a valuable member of our team.

Dr O'Dowling has a special interest in both cosmetic & restorative work, difficult extractions and oral surgery, having received awards in these area's from the National University of Ireland (University College of Cork), where he graduated with honours.

Outside of work, he is a keen sportsman, playing rugby union, water polo & competing in swimming. In the past Dr O'Dowling has represented Ireland at Senior National Level in swimming.

 

 

Ms Michele Vegar Assoc. Diploma Dental Therapy

Michele graduated with an Associate Diploma of Dental Therapy from Curtin University in 1994.

She is our longest serving staff member having been with Booragoon Dental Clinic for over ten years.

Michele heads up our Oral Hygiene Department, and her gentle and thorough approach to patient care has cemented her position as a leader amoungst our team.

Michele has a passion for travelling, having recently been to Greece, Croatia and Africa. She enjoys experiencing different cultures, scenery & ways of life.

 

Miss Marina Gaspar AssocDDentHyg(Curtin)

Marina is the newest member to join our team, having graduated from Curtin University with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygeine with Distinction.

Marina has a special interest in the area of preventative dental care, having recieved the Preventative Dentistry Award at University.

 

 

 

 

 

Miss Manda Thorne 

Manda joined Booragoon Dental Clinic in early 2007, taking on the role of Practice Coordinator.

She has several years industry experience as a Dental Assistant, Receptionist & Manager.

 

 

 

 

Mrs Michelle Schober

Michelle is Dr Fine's nurse & has been with us for over six years.

She is our Senior Dental Assistant, Stock Controller & Implant Coordinator.

 

 

 

Ms Debbie Wells 

Debbie has been with Booragoon Dental Clinic for two and a half years, having previously worked as a Draftsperson.

She is currently finishing her Radiography and Dental Assistant education at OHCWA.

 

 

 

Miss Shannon Ortega

Shannon is our Patient Coordinator & joined the team in early 2008.

She joins us from Ireland after having worked for twelve months as a Dental Assistant in Queensland.
